1. On 02/22/2022, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the countervailing duty order on multilayered wood flooring from People's Republic of China (C-570-971) for the period 01/01/2018 through 12/31/2018.
This SI was issued in connection with court number 21-00591.
2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries which were produced and/or exported by Jiangsu Guyu International Trading Co., Ltd.; Kingman Floors Co., Ltd.; Kemian Wood Industry (Kunshan) Co., Ltd.; Huzhou Sunergy World Trade Co., Ltd.; Dalian Shengyu Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd.; Jiangsu Simba Flooring Co., Ltd.; Dongtai Fuan Universal Dynamics, LLC; Zhejiang Fuerjia Wooden Co., Ltd.; and Yihua Lifestyle Technology Co., Ltd., that were the subject of the U.S. Department of Commerce's final determination in Multilayered Wood Flooring From the People's Republic of China: Final Results and Partial Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2018, 86 Fed. Reg. 59,362 (Dep't of Commerce Oct. 27, 2021) amended by Multilayered Wood Flooring From the People's Republic of China: Notice of Amended Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2018, 86 Fed. Reg. 68,219 (Dep't of Commerce Dec. 1, 2021), that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period 1/1/2018 through 12/31/2018.
3. Effective 02/22/2022, no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 02/22/2022.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.
4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.
5. The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 2005409, dated 01/05/2022, as corrected in message number 2007401, dated 01/07/2022.
