On 08/09/2022, Commerce published in the Federal Register (87 FR 48455) its final results of administrative review with respect to the countervailing duty order on certain softwood lumber products from Canada for the period 01/01/2020 through 12/31/2020.
On 10/11/2022, Commerce published in the Federal Register (87 FR 61290) its amended final results of the administrative review because Coast Clear Wood Ltd.; Coulson Manufacturing Ltd.; Halo Sawmill, a division of Delta Cedar Specialties Ltd.; Mainland Sawmill, a division of Terminal Forest Products Ltd.; and Pine Ideas Ltd. were inadvertently omitted from the Initiation Notice (86 FR 12599, 03/04/2021) and the Final Results Notice (87 FR 48455, 08/09/2022).
The amended final results were subsequently corrected on 10/21/2022 (87 FR 64008) to include the correct rates for these companies.

On 09/16/2022, Commerce received notification from the Committee Overseeing Action for Lumber International Trade Investigations or Negotiations (the COALITION) of the convening of Binational Panel (USMCA Secretariat File No.:
USA-CDA-2022-10.12-03) to review Commerce's final results of the third administrative review.
The COALITION requested
continued suspension of liquidation of all entries of subject merchandise produced and/or exported by the companies subject to the third administrative review pending final disposition of the Binational Panel proceeding.
See message number 2271404, dated September 28, 2022.
On 10/25/2022, the COALITION amended its request for continued suspension of liquidation to include Coast Clear Wood Ltd.; Coulson Manufacturing Ltd.; Halo Sawmill, a division of Delta Cedar Specialties Ltd.; Mainland Sawmill, a division of Terminal Forest Products Ltd.; and Pine Ideas Ltd.
This amended continuation of suspension of liquidation instruction covers those five companies.

Accordingly, until further notice, do not liquidate entries of subject merchandise that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the period 01/01/2020 through 12/31/2020, for the companies listed below.

Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this notification were inadvertently issued in message 1098416, dated 04/08/2021.
Message 1098416 was subsequently corrected by message 1127410, dated 05/07/2021, and message 2278403, dated 10/05/2022.

Effective immediately, CPB is instructed to prevent liquidation of any entries subject to the above.
Any entries of the above merchandise which may be set for liquidation are to be unset immediately.
