On 05/19/2023, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued an Order of Dismissal in the case of Interpipe Ukraine LLC and North American Interpipe, Inc. v. United States (court no. 21-00530). The injunction to which message 1340410 dated 12/06/2021 refers, enjoined liquidation of unliquidated entries of seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from Ukraine where the merchandise was: (1) produced and/or exported by Interpipe Ukraine LLC, PJSC Interpipe Niznedneprovksy Tube Rolling Plant (aka Interpipe NTRP), LLC Interpipe Niko Tube, and Interpipe Europe S.A.; (2) the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Seamless Carbon and Alloy Steel Standard, Line, and Pressure Pipe from Ukraine: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less than Fair Value, 86 FR 35272 (July 2, 2021); and (3) entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period 02/10/2021 through 07/31/2022, excluding entries from 08/09/2021 through 08/19/2021. As a result of the Court's Order of Dismissal, the injunction to which message 1340410 refers, dissolved on 05/19/2023. 2. Commerce will issue liquidation instructions for the entries described in paragraph 1 that are no longer subject to the injunction, after publication of the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review covering the period 02/01/2021 through 07/31/2022. 3.
