UNITED
STATES
FOR
FURTHER
PROCESSING
AND
THEN
RE-EXPORTED.
THIS IS PERMITTED PURSUANT TO SECTION IV.H
OF
THE
URANIUM
SUSPENSION
AGREEMENTS
SIGNED
WITH
EACH
OF
THESE
COUNTRIES.

IN ADDITION TO ANY DOCUMENTS CUSTOMS NEEDS, COMMERCE REQUIRES
BOTH
OF
THE
FOLLOWING
DOCUMENTS
FOR
ANY
RE-EXPORTS:
1)
A
RE-EXPORT
CERTIFICATE
FROM
THE
GOVERNMENT
OF
THE
EXPORTING
COUNTRY
FOR
EACH SHIPMENT, INCLUDING QUANTITY OF
SHIPMENT
AND
DATE SHIPPED; AND 2)
A CERTIFICATION FROM THE IMPORTER OF RECORD
CERTIFYING THAT
THE
MATERIAL
IN
QUESTION WILL
BE RE-EXPORTED
WITHIN

MONTHS, PURSUANT TO
