On 05/21/2024, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from the People's Republic of China (A-570 -016) for the period 08/01/2021 through 07/31/2022.
This SI was issued in connection with court number 24-00083.

This SI enjoins liquidation of entries which were exported by Giti Tire Global Trading Pte. Ltd.; exported by Giti Radial Tire (Anhui) Company Ltd.; or exported by Giti Tire (Fujian) Company Ltd., that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final
determination in Certain Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires from the People's Republic of
China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2021-2022, 89 Fed. Reg. 17817 (March 12, 2024), as amended by Certain Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires From the People's Republic of China: Amended Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2021-2022, 89 Fed. Reg. 26130 (April 15, 2024); and that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period August 1, 2021, through July 31, 2022.

Effective 05/21/2024 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 05/21/2024.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued.
