1. On 06/27/2019, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from the Republic of Korea (A-580-880) for the periods 03/01/2016 through 08/27/2016 and 09/12/2016 through 08/31/2017. This SI was issued in connection with court number 19-00105.

2. This SI enjoins liquidation of unliquidated entries of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from the Republic of Korea that were (a) produced and/or exported by Kukje Steel Co., Ltd.; (b) the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes from the Republic of Korea: Final Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2016-2017, 84 FR 24471 (May 28, 2019); and (c) entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/01/2016 up to and including 08/27/2016, and on or after 09/12/2016 up to and including 08/31/2017.

3. Effective 06/27/2019 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 06/27/2019. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

5. The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 9168314, dated 06/17/2019.
