§ 704.103 - Removal of certain minimums when computing or paying compensation.

The minimum limitation on weekly compensation for disability established by section 6 of the LHWCA, 33 U.S.C. 906,and,33.S.C. 909, shall not apply in computing compensation and death benefits under this Act; section 2(a), 42 U.S.C. 1652(a).
