§ 1489.26 - Disclosure of program information.

(a) Documents submitted to CCC by RAPP Participants are subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552,and,subpart,specifically.12.

(b) Any research conducted by a RAPP Participant pursuant to a RAPP program agreement and/or approval letter shall be subject to the provisions relating to intangible property in 2 CFR part 200.
