RE: Modification of HRL 084075 and HRL 084083; citation error
Dear Ms. DeEsposito:
On July 14, 1989, we issued Headquarters Ruling Letter
(HRL) 084075 and HRL 084083, both concerning the classification
of braided evening bags. In both rulings we cited HRL 085617 of
March 4, 1988.
That citation was incorrect. The correct citation is
HRL 075617 of March 4, 1988.
Pursuant to Section 177.9 of the Customs Regulations (19
CFR 177.9), HRL 084075 and HRL 084083, both dated July 14, 1989,
are modified accordingly.
