MERCHANDISE : The sample submitted are cup-shaped
masks composed of non-woven textile
fabric. Centered lengthwise, on
each mask, is a metal strip
measuring approximately 3 inches
long by 3/16 inches wide. The
masks are designed to fit over the
nose and mouth.

RATE OF DUTY : 7 percent ad valorem.

entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
