RE: Supplement to Ruling No. NY 889991 on the tariff
classification of tequenos
Dear Ms. Riera:
This is a supplement to Customs Ruling No. NY 889991 dated
September 24, 1993.
The ruling contained an inadvertent typographical error at the heading
line identifying the "Tariff No." The tariff subheading identified in that
location, 1901.90.4095, is incorrect. The correct subheading for the
tequenos is 1901.90.4050, HTS, as stated in the penultimate paragraph on
page one of the letter.
This supplement should be presented whenever Ruling No. NY 889991 is
presented.
