RE: Revocation of HQ 965584; Pipe fitting nuts; Correction to HQ 965939
Dear Messrs. Ikenson and Hampel:
This is in reference to HQ 965939 dated July 16, 2003, which revoked HQ 965584. The final line of the first paragraph on page six of HQ 965939 contains an incorrect reference to a subheading of the HTSUS. The correct reference is subheading 7318.19.00, HTSUS. The sentence should read as follows: “It therefore follows that the pipe fitting nuts are not classified in subheading 7318.16.00, HTSUS, as claimed by you, or in subheading 7318.19.00, as we determined in HQ 965584.”
