The tariff classification of ladies' knitted jogging suits,styles B9003 and B9004, from Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, SriLanka, or the Philippines.Dear Mr. Powell:In your letter dated July 19, 1990, on behalf of Nicholas Import Corporation, you requested a tariff classification ruling.The submitted unlined garments are manufactured from fleece fabric of 85% polyester/15% cotton.The trousers of both styles are characterized by an elasticized waistband, rib-knitted ankles, and side pockets.The top portion of style B9004 is a long-sleeved jacket, characterized by a full-front, zippered opening which extends into the high collar through which a drawstring is threaded. The zipper is heavy-duty.Rib-knitted portions consist of the waistband and sleeve cuffs.
