Subsec. (a). Pub. L. 98–525, § 1401(j)(3)(A), substituted “The Secretary of the Navy may” for “The Secretary of the Navy may—”, struck out “(1)” before “contribute out of”, thereby eliminating paragraph designation, redesignated cls.
