The National Housing Act, referred to in subsecs. (a)(2), (d)(9)(K), and (g)(1)(B)(x), is act June 27, 1934, ch. 847, 48 Stat. 1246. Title II of the Act is classified generally to subchapter II (§ 1707 et seq.) of this chapter. Section 237 of the Act, which was formerly classified to section 1715z–2 of this title, was repealed by Pub. L. 110–289, div. B, title I, § 2120(a)(6),

The Housing Act of 1949, referred to in subsec. (c)(4)(B), is act July 15, 1949, ch. 338, 63 Stat. 413.
