§ 9123.

Authorization of appropriations

(a)

In general

There are authorized to be appropriated—

(1)

to carry out parts 1, 2, and 3, $232,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2020 through 2025; and

(2)

to carry out part 4, $24,500,000 for each of the fiscal years 2020 through 2025.
