L. 90–201, §§ 1, 3(b), 12(a), Dec. 15, 1967, 81 Stat. 584, 588, 592, related to inspection of animals for export, prior to repeal by Pub. L. 107–171, title X, § 10418(a)(19), May 13, 2002, 116 Stat. 508. Section was formerly classified to section 80 of this title.
