Appointments

The members of the Advisory Board should be drawn from—

(1)

a broad range of individuals with experience and leadership in the fields of development, health care (especially HIV/AIDS), epidemiology, medicine, biomedical research, and social sciences; and

(2)

representatives of relevant United Nations agencies and nongovernmental organizations with on-the-ground experience in affected countries.
