§ 1836.
Authorization of appropriations
(a)
There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the provisions of this subchapter, $10,000,000 for fiscal year 2009 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the five succeeding fiscal years.
(b)
Any funds appropriated pursuant to subsection (a) are authorized to remain available until expended.
