L. 98–369 substituted “or cashier’s check (or other guaranteed draft)” for “or cashier’s check”, “the amount of such check (or draft)” for “the amount of such check”, and “the financial institution” for “the bank or trust company”, and substituted “such financial institution” for “such bank” in two places.
