1982—Pub. L. 97–164 inserted “(other than the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit)” after “court of appeals” in provisions preceding par. (1), and struck out par. (6) which had given the court of appeals jurisdiction in cases involving all final orders of the Merit Systems Protection Board except as provided for in section 7703(b) of title 5.
