2024—Pub. L. 118–159 amended this section generally. Prior to amendment, section consisted of subsecs. (a) to (d) relating to establishment of Project Safe Childhood program, initial implementation, expansion of program, and authorization of appropriations for fiscal years 2007 through 2012, respectively.
