Pub. L. 118–196, § 5(c), Dec. 23, 2024, 138 Stat. 2673, provided that: “The Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall establish the internship program required by section 7114 of such title [title 38], as added by subsection (a), not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act [Dec. 23, 2024].”
