L. 106–553, § 1(a)(2) [title VI, § 635(c)(1)], Dec. 21, 2000, 114 Stat. 2762, 2762A–115, which related to prohibition of certain misuses of social security numbers, was repealed by Pub. L. 106–554, § 1(a)(4) [div. A, § 213(a)(6), (b)], Dec. 21, 2000, 114 Stat. 2763, 2763A–180, effective as if included in Pub. L. 106–553 on Dec. 21, 2000.
