The Autism CARES Act of 2024, referred to in subsec. (a)(2)(A), (B), is Pub. L. 118–180, Dec. 23, 2024, 138 Stat. 2614, also known as the Autism Collaboration, Accountability, Research, Education, and Support Act of 2024, which amended this part and section 284g of this title and enacted provisions set out as notes under sections 201 and 280i of this title.
