In subsection (a), the words “notwithstanding the provisions of any other Act” are omitted as unnecessary. The words “Secretary of the Treasury” are substituted for “Treasurer of the United States” on authority of 1950 Reorg. Plan No. 26 §§ 1, 2, eff.
Standard changes are made to conform with the definitions applicable and the style of this title as outlined in the preface to the report.
