The Social Security Act, referred to in subsecs. (a)(4), (5), (h)(2), and (l)(3)(D), is act Aug. 14, 1935, ch. 531, 49 Stat. 620. Title XVIII of the Act is classified generally to subchapter XVIII (§ 1395 et seq.) of chapter 7 of Title 42, The Public Health and Welfare. Parts A and B of title XVIII of the Act are classified generally to parts A (§ 1395c et seq.) and B (§ 1395j et seq.), respectively, of subchapter XVIII of chapter 7 of Title 42. Sections 1860D–1, 1860D–22, and 1860D–41 are classified to sections 1395w–101, 1395w–132, and 1395w–151, respectively, of Title 42.
