The Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act, referred to in subsec. (a)(3) heading, is Pub. 2021—Subsec. (a). Pub. L. 117–81 added pars. (1) to (3) and struck out former pars. (1) to (3) which listed provisions in titles 10 and 41 to be followed for procurements.
