The Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, referred to in subsecs. (b) and (c), is Pub. L. 93–288, May 22, 1974, 88 Stat. 143, which is classified principally to chapter 68 (§ 5121 et seq.) of Title 42, The Public Health and Welfare. Title VI of the Act is classified generally to subchapter IV–B (§ 5195 et seq.) of chapter 68 of Title 42. 2018—Subsec. (f). Pub. L. 115–254 substituted “the program, for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2022” for “the program—

“(1) for fiscal year 2008, $400,000,000;

“(2) for fiscal year 2009, $535,000,000;

“(3) for fiscal year 2010, $680,000,000;

“(4) for fiscal year 2011, $815,000,000; and

“(5) for fiscal year 2012”.
