(c)
Grants
To carry out the purpose described in subsection (a), the Secretary may award a grant to an eligible entity for—
(1)
the development of—
(A)
health care services;
(B)
health education programs; and
(C)
health care job training programs; and
(2)
the development and expansion of public health-related facilities in the Delta region to address longstanding and unmet health needs of the region.
