Notice of a Mediation Procedure

Rule 8027.

If the district court or BAP has a mediation procedure applicable to bankruptcy appeals, the clerk must, after docketing the appeal, promptly notify the parties of:

(a)

the requirements of the mediation procedure; and

(b)

any effect it has on the time to file briefs.
