(b)
Computation of 90-day period
For purposes of sections 2253(c) and 2437(c)(2) of this title, the 90-day period referred to in such sections shall be computed by excluding—
(1)
the days on which either House is not in session because of an adjournment of more than 3 days to a day certain or an adjournment of the Congress sine die, and
(2)
any Saturday and Sunday, not excluded under paragraph (1), when either House is not in session.
