§ 10007.

Suspension of assistance

Report

Not later than 30 days after making a determination under subsection (a), the President shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report that describes—

(1)

the political and security conditions in Sudan that led to such determination; and

(2)

any planned diplomatic engagement to restart the provision of such assistance.
