§ 2312.

Authorization of appropriations

(a)

Authorization and availability of amounts

(1)

There are authorized to be appropriated to the President to carry out the purposes of this part $805,100,000 for fiscal year 1986 and $805,100,000 for fiscal year 1987.

(2)

Amounts appropriated under this subsection are authorized to remain available until expended.
