§ 8511.

Definitions

In this subchapter:

Appropriate congressional committees

Executive agency

Family member

(5)

Iranian diplomats and representatives of other government and military or quasi-governmental institutions of Iran

Knowingly

Medical device

Medicine

(10)

United States person

The term “United States person” means—

(A)

a natural person who is a citizen or resident of the United States or a national of the United States (as defined in section 1101(a) of title 8; 1

(B)

an entity that is organized under the laws of the United States or any State.
