As used in this subsection, the term “antitrust laws” means the Act of
July 2, 1890 (commonly known as the Sherman Act;
15 U.S.C. 1–7); sections 73 through 76 of the Act of
August 27, 1894 (commonly known as the Wilson Tariff Act;
15 U.S.C. 8–11); the Clayton Act (
15 U.S.C. 12 et seq.); the Act of
June 19, 1936 (commonly known as the Robinson-Patman Price Discrimination Act;
15 U.S.C. 13–13b and 21a); and the Federal Trade Commission Act (
15 U.S.C. 41 et seq.).
