§ 3206a.
Tsunami Science and Technology Advisory Panel
(a)
Designation

(c)
Responsibilities
Not less frequently than once every 4 years, the Panel shall—
(1)
review the activities of the Administration, and other Federal activities as appropriate, relating to tsunami research, detection, forecasting, warning, mitigation, resiliency, and preparation; and
(2)
submit to the Administrator and such others as the Administrator considers appropriate—
(A)
the findings of the working group with respect to the most recent review conducted under paragraph (1); and
(B)
such recommendations for legislative or administrative action as the working group considers appropriate to improve Federal tsunami research, detection, forecasting, warning, mitigation, resiliency, and preparation.
