§ 12131.

Ounce of Prevention Council

(a)

Establishment

(1)

In general

There is established an Ounce of Prevention Council (referred to in this subchapter as the “Council”), the members of which—

(A)

shall include the Attorney General, the Secretary of Education, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, the Secretary of Labor, the Secretary of Agriculture, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of the Interior, and the Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy; and

(B)

may include other officials of the executive branch as directed by the President.
