§ 8133.
Authorization of appropriations
(a)
There are hereby authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out this subchapter. Sums appropriated pursuant to this section shall be used for making grants to States which have submitted, and have had approved by the Secretary, applications for carrying out the purposes and meeting the requirements of this subchapter.
(b)
Sums appropriated pursuant to subsection (a) of this section shall remain available until expended.
