§ 1427a.

Reserve inventories for alleviation of distress of natural disaster

(a)

Establishment, maintenance and disposal by Secretary; amount and nature of reserve

(b)

Acquisition of commodities through price support program

(c)

Prerequisites for sale or disposition of commodities in reserve

Additional authorization for disposition of commodities to relieve distress or for civil defense emergencies
