§ 3405.

Wheat Industry Council

Any order issued pursuant to this chapter shall contain such terms and conditions as to provide—

(a)

Establishment; powers

(b)

Membership

(c)

Research and nutrition education plans

(d)

Budgets

(e)

Processed wheat assessment; payment by end product manufacturers

(f)

Maintenance of records

(g)

Contracts

(h)

Investment of assessment funds

(i)

Lobbying restriction

(j)

Reimbursement of expenses
