On 01/02/2020, in response to a request by Simpli Home Ltd., Commerce issued a final scope determination that the sinks contained in the laundry cabinets which Simpli Home Ltd. imports are within the scope of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on drawn stainless steel sinks from the People's Republic of China (A-570-983, C-570-984).

2. Because imported product is covered by the plain language of the scope, Commerce found this product to be within the scope of the order.

3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of drawn stainless steel sinks from the People's Republic of China, including the sinks contained in the laundry cabinets imported by Simpli Home Ltd. described above, subject to the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on drawn stainless steel sinks from the People's Republic of China.
