AS A RESULT OF A FIVE-YEAR ("SUNSET") REVIEW, THE DEPARTMENT
OF COMMERCE HAS REVOKED THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY ORDER ON SMALL
BUSINESS TELEPHONE SYSTEMS FROM TAIWAN AND PUBLISHED THE
REVOCATION IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER ON 09/01/1999.
THE EFFECTIVE
DATE OF THE REVOCATION IS 01/01/2000.

THEREFORE, CUSTOMS IS DIRECTED TO TERMINATE THE SUSPENSION OF
LIQUIDATION FOR ALL SHIPMENTS OF SMALL BUSINESS TELEPHONE SYSTEMS
FROM TAIWAN ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION
ON OR AFTER 01/01/2000.
3. ALL SUSPENDED ENTRIES OF THE SUBJECT PRODUCT ENTERED OR
WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE PRIOR TO 01/01/2000 SHOULD NOT, REPEAT
NOT, BE LIQUIDATED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE SEPARATE AND SPECIFIC
LIQUIDATION INSTRUCTIONS.
