1. On 04/16/2020, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on corrosion-resistant steel products from the Republic of Korea (A-580-878) for the period 07/01/2017 through 06/30/2018. This SI was issued in connection with court number 20-00082.

2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries which (1) are corrosion-resistant steel products; (2) from the Republic of Korea; (3) produced and exported by Dongkuk Steel Mill Co., Ltd.; (4) subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in certain corrosion-resistant steel products from the Republic of Korea, 85 Fed. Reg. 15114 (March 17, 2020); (5) entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, during the period 07/01/2017 through 06/30/2018.

3. Effective 04/16/2020 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 04/16/2020. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

5. The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 0099403, dated 04/08/2020.
