AS A RESULT OF A FIVE-YEAR ("SUNSET") REVIEW, THE DEPARTMENT
OF COMMERCE HAS REVOKED THE
ANTIDUMPING DUTY ORDER ON MALLEABLE
CAST IRON PIPE FITTINGS FROM THAILAND AND PUBLISHED THE
REVOCATION IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER ON 02/28/2000.
THE EFFECTIVE
DATE OF THE REVOCATION IS 01/01/2000.

THEREFORE, CUSTOMS IS DIRECTED TO TERMINATE THE SUSPENSION OF
LIQUIDATION FOR ALL SHIPMENTS OF MALLEABLE CAST IRON PIPE
FITTINGS FROM THAILAND ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR
CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER 01/01/2000.
3. ALL SUSPENDED ENTRIES OF THE SUBJECT PRODUCT ENTERED OR
WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE PRIOR TO 01/01/2000 SHOULD NOT, REPEAT
NOT, BE LIQUIDATED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE SEPARATE AND SPECIFIC
LIQUIDATION INSTRUCTIONS.
ALL ENTRIES OF THE SUBJECT PRODUCT
THAT WERE SUSPENDED ON OR AFTER 01/01/2000 SHOULD BE LIQUIDATED
WITHOUT REGARD TO ANTIDUMPING DUTIES (I.E., RELEASE ALL BONDS AND
REFUND ALL CASH DEPOSITS).
