1. On 5/19/2020, the International Trade Commission (ITC) published in the Federal Register its negative final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of sodium sulfate anhydrous from Canada (A-122-866) (85 FR 29971).
The antidumping duty investigation of sodium sulfate anhydrous from Canada has been terminated.
2. CBP should discontinue the suspension of liquidation of entries of merchandise which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/08/2019 (the date of first suspension of liquidation of subject merchandise). Entries should be liquidated without regard to antidumping duties. All estimated antidumping duties deposited on entries of the subject merchandise shall be refunded and bonds or other security released.
3. Notice of the lifting of suspension of liquidation of entries of merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/08/2019 (the date of first suspension of liquidation of subject merchandise) occurred with the publication of the ITC's notice of negative final determination of investigation (85 FR 29971, 05/19/2020).
4. The interest provisions of section 778 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, do not apply.
