On 5/14/2020, in response to a request by China Customs Manufacturing, Inc. and Greentec Engineering (collectively CCM), Commerce issued a final scope determination that the ROCK-IT 3.0 solar roof mountings which CCM imports are within the scope of the countervailing duty order on aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China (C-570-968).

2. Because the imported product does not meet the exclusionary requirements for a "finished good" or "finished goods kit" at the time of importation, Commerce found this product to be within the scope of the order.

3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China, including the ROCK-IT 3.0 solar roof mountings imported by CCM, subject to the countervailing duty order on aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China.
