1998 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1998 PERIOD AND PUBLISHED THE
FINAL RESULTS IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER ON AUGUST 11, 2000.
2. IMPORTS COVERED BY THE REVIEW ARE SHIPMENTS FROM TURKEY OF
CERTAIN WELDED CARBON STEEL PIPE AND TUBE, HAVING AN OUTSIDE
DIAMETER OF 0.375 INCH OR MORE, BUT NOT OVER 16 INCHES, OF
ANY WALL THICKNESS.
THESE PRODUCTS, COMMONLY REFERRED TO IN
THE INDUSTRY AS STANDARD PIPE AND TUBE OR STRUCTURAL TUBING,
ARE PRODUCED TO VARIOUS AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR TESTING AND
MATERIALS (ASTM) SPECIFICATIONS, MOST NOTABLY A-53, A-120, A-
135, A-500, OR A-501.
3. ACCORDINGLY, FOR SHIPMENTS OF CERTAIN WELDED CARBON STEEL
PIPES AND TUBES FROM TURKEY, ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM
WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER AUGUST 11, 2000, YOU
SHALL COLLECT A CASH DEPOSIT OF ESTIMATED COUNTERVAILING
DUTIES AT THE FOLLOWING PERCENTAGES OF THE ENTERED VALUE:

ENTRIES FOR WELDED CARBON STEEL LINE PIPE IS TERMINATED.
5. THESE CASH DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL
PUBLICATION OF THE FINAL RESULTS OF THE NEXT ADMINISTRATIVE
REVIEW.
DO NOT LIQUIDATE ANY ENTRY SUMMARIES OF MERCHANDISE
INCLUDED IN THIS ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW UNTIL ASSESSMENT
INSTRUCTIONS ARE RECEIVED.
