OF COMMERCE HAS REVOKED THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY ORDER ON DYNAMIC
RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY SEMICONDUCTORS ("DRAMs")OF ONE MEGABIT AND
ABOVE FROM THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA AND EXPORTED FROM
AUSTRALIA (A-602-212), PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA (A-570-212),
HONG KONG (A-582-212), INDIA (A-533-212), JAPAN (A-588-212) AND
PHILIPPINES (A-565-212) PUBLISHED THE REVOCATION IN THE FEDERAL
REGISTER ON 10/05/00(65 FR 59391).
THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE
REVOCATION IS 01/01/2000.

THEREFORE, CUSTOMS IS DIRECTED TO TERMINATE THE SUSPENSION OF
LIQUIDATION FOR ALL SHIPMENTS OF DYNAMIC RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY
SEMICONDUCTORS ("DRAMS") OF ONE MEGABIT AND ABOVE FROM THE
REPUBLIC OF KOREA AND EXPORTED FROM AUSTRALIA (A-602-212),
PEOPLE' S REPUBLIC OF CHINA (A-570-212), HONG KONG (A-582-212),
INDIA (A-533-212), JAPAN (A-588-212) AND PHILIPPINES (A-565-212)
ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER
01/01/2000.
ALL ENTRIES OF THE SUBJECT MERCHANDISE THAT WERE
SUSPENDED ON OR AFTER 01/01/2000 SHOULD BE LIQUIDATED WITHOUT
REGARD TO ANTIDUMPING DUTIES (I.E., RELEASE ALL BONDS AND REFUND
ALL CASH DEPOSITS, WITH INTEREST.)
INTEREST SHALL BE CALCULATED
FROM THE DATE PAYMENT OF ESTIMATED ANTIDUMPING DUTIES IS REQUIRED
THROUGH THE DATE OF LIQUIDATION.
THE RATE AT WHICH SUCH INTEREST
IS PAYABLE IS THE RATE IN EFFECT UNDER SECTION 6621 OF THE
INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1954 FOR SUCH PERIOD.

ALL SUSPENDED ENTRIES OF THE SUBJECT PRODUCT ENTERED OR
WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE PRIOR TO 01/01/2000 SHOULD NOT, REPEAT
NOT, BE LIQUIDATED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE SEPARATE AND SPECIFIC
LIQUIDATION INSTRUCTIONS.
