1. On 01/21/2022, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the countervailing duty order on multilayered wood flooring from People's Republic of China (C-570-971) for the period 01/01/2018 through 12/31/2018. This SI was issued in connection with court number 21-00591.
2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries which were produced and/or exported by Linyi Anying Wood Co., Ltd.; Huzhou Chenghang Wood Co., Ltd.; Kemian Wood Industry (Kunshan) Co., Ltd.; Tongxiang Jisheng Import and Export Co., Ltd.; Scholar Home (Shanghai) New Material Co., Ltd.; Sino-Maple (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd.; Zhejiang Jiechen Wood Industry Co., Ltd.; Jiashan Huijiale Decoration Material Co., Ltd. and imported by Evolutions Flooring, Inc. that were the subject of the U.S. Department of Commerce's final determination in Multilayered Wood Flooring from China: Final Results and Partial Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2018. 86 Fed. Reg. 59362 (Oct. 27, 2021) as Amended in Multilayered Wood Flooring from China: Notice of Amended Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2018, 86 Fed. Reg. 68219 (Dec. 1, 2021), that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, during the period 1/1/2018 through 12/31/2018.
3. Effective 01/21/2022, no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 01/21/2022.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.
4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.
5. The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 2005409, dated 01/05/2022, as corrected in message number 2007401, dated 01/07/2022.
